About Us

Al Demateis and his wife, Andrea, have been part of the Central Florida community since 1986.

Al has worked in the construction field for 30 years, and has been a licensed General Contractor in the state of Florida since 1987.

Since that time, he has completed multitudes of construction projects, including custom homes and remodeling, tear down/rebuilds, commercial projects, even offering solutions management services for projects where other contractors have failed.
